People first!

My passion is to add value to you, to help you discover your purpose and realise your true potential.

I work with individuals, executives, corporations and organisations to enhance their leadership capabilities, increase their influence, and improve their teams and ultimately, their productivity, without compromising their values.

I believe in equipping my clients with the tools they need to respond to changes, challenges or adversities in their environment, so they adapt, take control of their circumstances and initiate their own movement of motivation that positively impacts their corporations, organisations and communities.

I believe that your people are your organisation’s most appreciable asset. Lasting and sustainable growth can only come when we invest in their growth, equipping, enlarging and empowering them to be leaders in their field.

My coaching involves the ability to understand you, to think how you think, and understand your perspective. From this benchmark, I will place another perspective on top of yours – stretching and growing you to gently see a more empowering way.

I trained as a Certified Accountant and have an MBA in corporate strategy. In my 20 year corporate career I have held board level appointments and strategy consultancies, with leading corporations in the UK, USA, Japan, Central Asia and Africa.

I’m here to serve you and to multiply value to you and the people you lead.

Lunch and Learn

Naggib will be hosting a lunch and learn on Tuesday 15th at the i2 Rotunda in Royal Avenue.  The theme is Leadership and Naggib explains more below.

There is no part of any organisation, or any part of your life that leadership doesn’t affect.

Whether it’s leadership of self, leadership of others or leadership of leaders – it applies to everything!

If you think about it, strong leadership is probably at the heart of every sizeable human achievement, and it always has been.

Everything rises or falls with leadership.
Leadership is absolutely a teachable skill.
Leadership is predictable.
Leadership operates by laws.
Learn the laws and you learn to lead. Ignore the laws, and you’re always going to struggle with leadership. It’s always going to be a source of frustration.

We will look at 3 Leadership laws:
1. The Law of the Lid – How well you lead, determines how successful you will be.
2. Leadership Is Influence – The true measure of leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less.
3. The Law of Process – Leadership develops by day, not in a day.
