Wednesday 16th September sees the return of this fabulous networking event. The day will kick off at 8.00am with the immensely popular Speed-Networking session. Last year 45 professionals had the chance to accelerate their business contacts, greeting each other in a series of brief exchanges, sharing their professional backgrounds and business goals.

With Guernsey’s first Grow your Business in this Digital Age and Meet the Buyer sessions, there will be great opportunities for your business.

The Grow your Business in this Digital Age session kicks off with half an hour of introductions from the movers and shakers from Guernsey’s media. After the talks there will be the opportunity to meet with each representative and discuss the media requirements of your business, and find out how each of these media platforms can help you raise awareness of your products and services.

The Meet the Buyer session will be an opportunity for businesses to meet the buyers from The States of Guernsey Strategic Procurement Group. This provides a platform for exhibitors and visitors to the show to meet with key buyers, from public and private sector organisations, all looking to talk about their upcoming work opportunities

Ian Beverley, Head of States Procurement, says ‘this is a great opportunity for our Procurement team to meet companies interested in doing business with us who may not have done so before, but it’s also a chance for us to catch up with our existing suppliers, talk through our e-tendering process, and answer any questions they might have. We’re looking forward to a busy and productive exhibition’.

Companies interested in meeting the Buyers will be given an appointment to meet the relevant buyer face to face, in pre-arranged 10 minute meetings slots.
